Then, we move to d’Berto in Galicia for a seafood and wine celebration at the peak of the season.
Finally, we take over Etxebarri for the Grand Finale, a smoky, joyful gathering where we’ll dine alongside our dearest chefs and friends from Spain and beyond.
Three days, three tables, one unforgettable fiesta of love, food, and life.

El Capriccio, located in León, Spain, transcends traditional culinary boundaries under the stewardship of José Gordon.
This restaurant and shrine to meat is renowned for its commitment to excellence, from rearing its own oxen to championing sustainable farming. With a focus on the lifecycle of the animals, El Capriccio offers unparalleled quality and flavor, earning international acclaim and making it a pivotal destination for meat connoisseurs worldwide.
Join us for an unforgettable ‘El Capricho Experience’ with José Gordon. Begin with a pastoral tour of the lush fields where his prized animals roam, followed by a visit to his caves where Spain’s best cecina is aged for four years and his exclusive beef aging rooms, where steaks mature up to 180 days.
Conclude with a dream Beef Fiesta, featuring a steak crowned as the world’s best. Discover the art of meat in the heart of León, Spain.

D’Betro is one of these restaurants you start missing when you’re still in them.
Nestled in O Grove, Galicia, D’Berto is a Michelin-starred haven for seafood enthusiasts. Renowned for its unparalleled quality and variety, it’s among the world’s best. If not the best.
Imagine savoring plump shrimp, exotic percebes (goose barnacles), and various other delicacies, simply prepared to unlock their natural essence. While some dishes are served raw, others are grilled or steamed to perfection.
The true star is unquestionably the seafood. Prepare yourself for a luxurious, taste-bud-tingling experience celebrating Galicia’s rich maritime bounty.
Asador Etxebarri, ranked #2 on the world’s 50 best restaurants list, is nestled deep in the Urkiola mountains of Vizcaya, surrounded by green fields and craggy peaks.
Chef Bittor Arginzoniz dominates the most primal, most basic, most ancient element: fire. He delicately applies this element to the best raw ingredients, elevating them as close as possible to their Platonic ideal.
Nestled just outside Santiago de Compostela, A Quinta da Auga is a refined Relais & Châteaux hotel reimagined from an 18th‑century paper mill.
Set amid 10,000 m² of riverside gardens along the Sar River, this eco‑luxury retreat offers 45 individually styled rooms, a top‑tier spa with hydrotherapy pools, and the Filigrana restaurant. Perfect for pilgrims, wellness seekers, and discerning travelers alike

The price includes all food, soft beverages, taxes, service charges, luxury ground transportation, a flight from Santiago de Compostela to Bilbao, and two nights of accommodation.
The price does not include airfare to or from Spain and any travel or medical insurance, and alcoholic drinks.
Wines and alcohol Since all three restaurants have outstanding cellars, and each guest has their own taste and preferred level of spending on wines, we decided to exclude them from the tour price. Each of you will therefore be responsible for your own consumption.
