The Very Best Korean Food Tour

A deep, delicious immersion into Seoul’s most unforgettable tables

April 29 – May 4, 2026

Seoul doesn’t just feed you; it challenges your expectations. It’s a city where ancient fermentation techniques meet cutting-edge culinary precision.

We’ve designed a six-day immersion into the heart of Korean food culture—from legendary market stalls to elite Michelin dining. This isn’t just a food tour; it’s an all-access pass to the “impossible” reservations and hidden legends of the city.

With an expert insider leading the way to provide context and access, you’ll skip the tourist traps and go straight to the soul of the city.

Why This Experience Is Different

❀   Hard-to-book restaurants secured through long-standing local relationships

❀   A seamless balance of fine dining, casual gems, and street food

❀   Deep cultural context behind every dish, ingredient, and technique

❀   Small group of like-minded people, intimate tables, and zero compromises

❀   A food journey designed for people who already know how to eat well, and want more

❀   Anica

This is not a greatest-hits tour. It’s a deliberate, opinionated selection of what truly matters in Korean cuisine today.

What You’ll Experience

From the first bite to the last toast, this journey showcases the full spectrum of Korean food culture.

You’ll dine at some of Seoul’s most celebrated Michelin-starred restaurants Like Mosu, Mingles, 7th Door, and Eatanic Garden, where modern Korean cuisine reaches astonishing levels of precision and creativity.

You’ll experience what we believe is the best grilled beef (Hanwoo) in the world at Born & Bred.

You’ll also sit down at beloved local institutions — places Koreans return to again and again — where mastery is quiet, confident, and uncompromising.

Beyond restaurants, you’ll explore iconic markets and street food scenes, tasting dishes that define everyday Seoul: crispy bindaetteok, handmade noodles, dumplings, grilled meats, and dishes shaped by centuries of tradition.

Expect contrast. Expect intensity. Expect moments of pure joy.

Your Host in Seoul

This journey is guided by Anica Kim, whose deep roots, local relationships, and intuitive understanding of Seoul’s food culture make this experience possible.

Anica doesn’t just book restaurants, she curates meaning. She connects chefs to guests, stories to plates, and tradition to the present moment. Her relationships unlock tables, off-menu dishes, and moments that simply don’t exist for outsiders.

Anica, is the goto person for any of the world’s greatest chefs who travel to Seoul for inspiration.

The Rhythm of the Days

Each day flows naturally, without rush or excess:

❀   Late starts after great nights
