Gerhard belongs to a very small group of people who have eaten at every three-star Michelin restaurant in the world.

Equipped with maps and the red Michelin Guide, the_dining_austrian has been exploring the European restaurant scene since the early 1980s.

More recently he started dedicating more time to exploring rated restaurants all over the world.

He recorded these experiences using an app on his smartphone. However, the app recently went out of business and so he created Foodle.pro, an app to connect with other Foodies, explore restaurants and dining experiences around the world.
