Trusted friends do not come in a better form than what Marc Garcia embodied. I befriended him a few years ago on Instagram when I noticed that he posted from exactly the same restaurants that I did.
Since then we met on several occasions in Europe and Asia, always around a table, and I can tell you that there are very few people in the world who are as passionate and as knowledgeable about food as Mark.
