Andy Hayler had visited every three-star Michelin restaurant in the world by 2004, and has kept up to date with this.
By mid 2018 there were 126 three-star Michelin restaurants, and he has visited them all. He has written a book on London restaurants, and his website, set up in 1994, is the oldest running restaurant website in the world.
He is the restaurant critic for Elite Traveler magazine. He has made many TV appearances, including on the BBC, Sky News and as a guest critic on “Masterchef: The Professionals”.
