Scandinavia
Three days.
Three extraordinary restaurants.
One impossible finale.
Some experiences are simply too special to happen only once.
Earlier this year, Una Gran Fiesta became one of the most joyful and unforgettable gatherings in The Hungry Tourist’s history. Great chefs. Great friends. Great tables. The kind of magic that happens only when the right people come together around extraordinary food.
So now, we do it again.
This time, we head north for a reunion built around three places we deeply love, three chefs at the very top of their craft, and three special menus created exclusively for us.
This is not just another tour.
It is a celebration of friendship, access, and the kind of culinary memories that stay with you forever.
This is Una Gran Fiesta II.
The first Una Gran Fiesta was not planned as a tradition.
It was meant to be a special gathering of friends around three extraordinary tables.
But something unexpected happened.
The chefs stayed longer than usual.
Guests who had never met before were laughing like old friends.
The room felt electric.
When the final night ended, nobody wanted to leave.
That was the moment we realized something.
This was not just a trip.
It was a reunion of the true core of The Hungry Tourist community.
And it deserved a second chapter.

For three days and nights, we will live inside the very best of modern Scandinavian hospitality.
We begin at Vyn by Daniel Berlin, our favorite culinary sanctuary in the region.
We continue with a full day on Bornholm Island with Nicolai Nørregaard and the Kadeau team.
And we finish with a full restaurant takeover of Alchemist, one of the most ambitious and desired dining experiences on earth.
Yes.
We are taking it over.
And for the final evening we will invite some of our favorite chefs from around the world to join us.
This will not be repeated.
This will not be easy to top.
Our journey begins in Copenhagen, where we will board a luxurious private coach and travel across the Øresund Bridge into Sweden.
Our destination is Vyn, Daniel Berlin’s extraordinary culinary sanctuary in the beautiful countryside of Österlen, Sweden.
The landscape here is quiet and beautiful. Rolling countryside, sea air, and the peaceful rhythm of Österlen.
Upon arrival we will enjoy a special light welcome lunch, served either outdoors overlooking the landscape if the weather permits, or inside the elegant Vyn Wine Bar.
In the evening we gather for something truly special.
Instead of the traditional tasting menu, Daniel Berlin will create a family style feast built around the best seasonal ingredients available at that moment.
Shared plates.
Beautiful produce.
Unexpected surprises.
A joyful and intimate way to experience the cooking of one of the greatest chefs on the planet.
After dinner we stay overnight at the Vyn Hotel, a serene and elegant property that feels like an extension of Daniel’s philosophy

After an early breakfast at Vyn, we travel by luxury coach and ferry to Bornholm Island, the spiritual home of Kadeau.
This day will be something truly unique.
Instead of simply dining at Kadeau in Copenhagen, we will spend the entire day exploring the island that gave birth to its cuisine.
Bornholm is wild and beautiful. Forests, farms, smokehouses, fishermen, herbs growing along the coast.
Throughout the day Nicolai Nørregaard and his team will host us across the island.
At the heart of the experience will be a special feast at Kadeau Bornholm, created exclusively for Una Gran Fiesta II.
A menu designed for the event.
Surprises along the way.
Moments we cannot fully predict.
In the evening we return to Vyn, where a light dinner will be served at the Vyn Wine Bar, followed by a second night at the Vyn Hotel.

After another beautiful Scandinavian breakfast at Vyn, we cross the bridge back to Copenhagen aboard our luxury coach.
Upon arrival we check into the legendary Nimb Hotel, where we will spend the night.
That evening comes the grand finale.
We return to Alchemist.
Yes, the same Alchemist with the mythical waiting list.
Yes, the same Alchemist that has redefined what a restaurant can be.
And yes.
We are taking over the entire restaurant.
When we asked Rasmus Munk if he would create something special for this night, his answer was simple.
“Leave it with me.”
That is more than enough for us.
For this evening we will also invite some of our favorite chefs from around the world.
Alchemist is not just dinner.
It is theatre.
Philosophy.
Emotion.
Imagination.
And there could be no more fitting finale for Una Gran Fiesta II.

After the glorious Nimb breakfast, we say goodbye.
Or, if you wish, extend your stay and enjoy more time in beautiful Copenhagen.

Few chefs cook with the sensitivity and elegance of Daniel Berlin.
His cuisine is deeply rooted in the Scandinavian landscape yet refined to extraordinary precision.
Vyn is not simply a restaurant. It is a world of calm, beauty, and thoughtful hospitality.
For Una Gran Fiesta II he will create a special family style feast unlike the regular Vyn experience.

With Kadeau, Nicolai Nørregaard helped define modern Nordic cuisine.
His cooking reflects the wild beauty of Bornholm, where smokehouses, sea air, herbs, and forests shape the identity of every dish.
Spending a day on the island with Nicolai and his team will be something very few people ever experience.

Few restaurants in the world have changed the conversation around dining like Alchemist.
Rasmus Munk has created something far beyond a restaurant.
A multi sensory journey that blends cuisine, theatre, philosophy, and social commentary.
For this reunion he will design a special evening for our group.
Quiet, intimate, elegant, and deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.
Staying here feels like stepping into Daniel Berlin’s world.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels in Northern Europe.
Located beside Tivoli Gardens, Nimb combines warmth, elegance, and exceptional hospitality.

2026 marks 10 years of The Hungry Tourist.
To celebrate, every guest joining Una Gran Fiesta II will receive a special anniversary gift bag filled with surprises.
Beautiful objects.
Things to travel with.
And a few secrets we will reveal only when you arrive.
Priority access will be offered in the following order.
THT Masters in their Red Blazers
Friends who previously joined us at Alchemist
THT Hard Core Members
Both Vyn Hotel and Nimb Hotel have allocated only 15 rooms for our group. Rooms will be assigned in the order of registration.
Guests who register later may be accommodated at nearby luxury hotels.
All food, two nights at Vyn Hotel, transportation within the program, a lavish gift bag, Taxes, and tips.
Airfare to or from Copenhagen and any travel or medical insurance.
Wines and alcohol. Since all three restaurants have outstanding cellars, and each guest has their own taste and preferred level of spending on wines, we decided to exclude them from the tour price. Each of you will therefore be responsible for your own consumption.
Although we love the Nimb Hotel and it has been our home in Copenhagen for nearly eight years, we decided not to include that night in the event price.
Many of us, including the THT team, will stay at Nimb again this time. However, we felt that some guests might prefer to stay at a less expensive hotel in the city.
For that reason, the night of September 26 is left flexible.
Guests who wish to stay with the group at Nimb may request a room there, while guests who prefer other accommodations may arrange their own stay in Copenhagen.
Deluxe room – USD 1130 (instead of USD 1460) – Sold-out
Junior Suite – USD 1350 (instead of USD 1760)
Terrace Junior Suite – USD 1480 (instead of USD 1960)
The rates include breakfast and all taxes and fees.
